The grapes are destemmed and pressed in a delicate way. The alcoholic fermentation and maturation of the wine start mainly in steel, while a small portion is destined to wood.
The Trebbiano Spoletino vineyard from which the grapes of this great white wine come from is surrounded by the forest of Monte Vibiano, in an authentic and seductive natural context. Inside the vegetation there is an ancient source of water, from which this “cru” takes its name.
White wine with intense and elegant aromas, of citrus, ripe fruit, and mineral flashes. In the mouth it is as decisive as dynamic, able to combine pulp, juice, and depth.
Extremely versatile wine, loves first courses of all kinds, including those with trufles, vegetables, and white meat sauces. Not least on appetizers, grilled fish, white meats, and boiled meats.
