The grapes are destemmed and pressed in a delicate way. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously, naturally. The maturation proceeds in large traditional barrels.

The toponym Fiommarino is located near the best Sangiovese vineyard of the Monte Vibiano properties. From these grapes comes a distinctly territorial red wine, linked to the traditions of the area.

Classic red wine and at the same time contemporary, it has a delicate and luminous color. The heady scents range from fresh flowers to small berries and are crossed by balsamic, spices and Mediterranean notes. The taste is dynamic and powerful, deep and seductive.

Perfectly marry strong first courses and stuffed pasta as well as grilled meats and game.
