The grapes ferment for a few days with the skins, before completing the path and maturation in steel.

From one of the best vineyards owned, characterized by a beekeeping project that symbolizes the idea of sustainability and protection of nature of Monte Vibiano, this white wine of character is born, made with one of the most classic grapes of the region.

White wine with a unique and original character, it has intense aromas of yellow fruit, Mediterranean ber- ries, and spices. The tasty sip, of rare complexity and structure, announces its “gastronomic” character.

Wine that sits wonderfully with a wide range of combinations. All white meats, in their different preparations, strong soups, cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. Loves chicken, rabbit, and game stews, including wild boar.
