AN ARTIST'S WINE

Grown and vinified with natural methods, our wines are unique expressions of the Umbrian terroir.

THE GRAPES

Castello di Monte Vibiano grapes are cultivated directly on the vast estate owned by the Fasola Bologna family just outside Perugia.
We use native and international varieties to obtain wines that are an expression of the territory, but also take the best of foreign bouquets.

We grow grapes such as Trebbiano, Grechetto, Sagrantino, but also Cabernet, Sauvignon, Viognier and Merlot. The maceration with the skins during fermentation allows the extraction of polyphenols and aroma.

A SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE

Every three years we obtain the “V.I.V.A. – Sustainable Viticulture” recognition for the indicators of Air, Water, Vineyard and Territory by the Italian Ministry of the Environment. In parallel, we are committed to using packaging with reduced environmental impact throughout the supply chain, from bottles, caps, labels and containers, to minimize our impact on the environment.

We are protagonists on the major international guides and competitions. Find out more
