The grapes are destemmed and pressed in a delicate way. The alcoholic fermentation and maturation of the wine starts in steel, to preserve its typical aromas and freshness.

The lands of Monte Vibiano are dotted with springs and small streams. A particularly important stream, called “Rigo”, gives its name to this white wine.

Bright and joyful wine, it has authentic aromas of fresh flowers and white pulp fruit, with delicate citrus nuances. The mouth is sapid, refreshing, and it is easy to drink.

At ease with many dishes, from traditional ones to creative and international interpretations. Bocca di Rigo loves balanced flavors: from mixed fried to appetizers, from first courses to soups, passing through fish elaborations, barnyard animal stews and mixed grills.
