Maria Camilla

Our premium white wine.

The autochthonous vines originate from the mother vine of the estate.

PRODUCTION AREA
Monte Vibiano, Colli Perugini, Umbria.

GRAPE VARIETY
Grechetto di Todi, Trebbiano Spoletino, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.

MATURATION
Five months on lees and two months in bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A pale-yellow tinge tending to golden immediately characterizes the color.

The elegant olfactory impact of white fruit is followed by tropical sensations that tend to enhance papaya in the beginning, and then leaves room for a clear note of lychee that is a prelude to a very fine citrus background.

At last, the right and balanced freshness completes it and highlights the great work done to merge tradition and international breath.

San Giovanni

Our traditional and intensely international red Colli Perugini.

Named after the San Giovanni Vineyard which is the perfect terroir for soil (limestone and chalk rich) and a fantastic sunlight exposure.

PRODUCTION AREA
Monte Vibiano, Colli Perugini, Umbria.

GRAPE VARIETY
Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

MATURATION
The Sangiovese rests in stainless steel for 15 months, while Merlot and Cabernet Franc are caressed by the wood of French oak barrique for 15 months. A further six months in bottle finally completes it.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Reveals a ripe, intense red color.

A decisive and elegant personality at the nose that is a prelude to an explosion on the palate of red berry fruits, where an initial, almost crunchy black cherry, leaves room for a magnificent red currant.

A beautiful round and persistent body support notes of pure vanilla and pleasant sensations of Indian black pepper in grains.

L'Andrea

Our flagship wine.

Honors our patriarch, Dottore Andrea Fasola Bologna and his vision of winemaking.

The two vineyards are strategically located on the two best parcels within the San Giovanni Vineyard.

PRODUCTION AREA
Monte Vibiano, Colli Perugini, Umbria.

GRAPE VARIETY
Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sagrantino.

MATURATION
Rests for 24 months in French oak barrique and then a further 12 months in bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
L’Andrea shows a penetrating ruby red color enveloped by distinct purple hues.

At the nose, elegant notes of ripe red fruit, blackberry, and black currant. Balsamic traits of licorice and black pepper are a prelude to sensations of fine chocolate.

An important body supported by elegant and well-integrated tannins, is wrapped by a long finish that reveals pure and unmistakable notes of noble Tahitian vanilla.
